EW54/107 – Compact and functional house with a spacious terrace

EW54/107 is a carefully thought-out standard house project that combines convenience and simplicity. With an internal area of 54 m² and a total area of 107 m², this house offers everything you need for comfortable living. It has one bedroom, a spacious living area with a combined kitchen, a bathroom and a technical room. A special charm is added by a 50 m² terrace, which provides additional space for relaxation and living in nature.

This house is ideal for couples or as a holiday home, offering comfort and harmony with the surroundings. It is also perfect for renting out in a picturesque location where guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Minimalist and thoughtful organization of the spaces provides a comfortable living environment, while natural materials and large windows give the home a warm atmosphere and allow you to enjoy a steady flow of natural light throughout the day.
